Dream Home
Scarboro is an estate home that showcases contemporary style merged with timeless design and old-world craftsmanship while incorporating modern building technology. The goal of this project was to present all the signature design and craftsmanship elements that Estata is known for. Signature items include a finished herringbone white walnut floor, custom blue and grey kitchen cabinets with champagne brass accents, mosaic-tiled floors and a porcelain-clad fireplace. The landscaping was also designed to be virtually maintenance-free with low water consumption. Exterior features include architectural cladding from AL13.
